The appeal is filed by the petitioner on 05th March, 2019 before the Committee challenging the order of the Sub Divisional Officer rejecting the application for issuance of tribe certificate. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents.

In case appeal filed by the petitioner is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same within a period of two (02) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before
