CORAM

: R. M. JOSHI, J.

DATE : 24th OCTOBER, 2024 PER COURT :- 1.

Mr. Mote, learned counsel caused his appearance on behalf of the informant and victim. He has filed affidavit recording no objection for grant of anticipatory bail to the present applicants. Though learned APP opposed grant of anticipatory bail, this Court finds no reason not to grant anticipatory bail, since the victim has recorded no objection for the same. It is contended that the offence is registered against unknown persons. The same is individual centric and not against society at large. 2.
