This application is filed under section 439(2) of Cr.P.C., seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted in favour of respondent No.2, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ambajogai, in Crime No.329/2019, registered with Kej Police Station, Beed, for offence punishable under sections 306, 354(A), 354(D) of the Indian Penal Code and section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

It is informed by learned advocate for respondent No.2 that during pendency of this application, Sessions Case No.43/2019 was conducted against respondent No.2 and he is acquitted by the learned Special Judge (POCSO Act), Ambajogai, vide judgment and order dated 07/10/2022.
