This petition has been filed for marriage parole of 30 days. The petitioner is scheduled to get married on 25th September, 2023 at Alandi in Pune. A copy of marriage invitation card is placed on record. The jail authorities have verified the fact of proposed marriage. The bride is also present before this Court. Although there is no provision for grant of such parole, the cause is such that petition needs to be allowed granting him 30 days parole from the date of his release from

954 WP.1315.2023.odt jail. The petitioner is in open prison. The authorities shall release him on his executing P.R. bond only. The petitioner shall give the concerned jailer the detail address where at he proposes to stay during the period of parole. He shall mark his attendance at nearby Police Station (Anand Nagar) once in a week i.e. on Sunday between 12:00 noon and 01:00 pm. After the period of 30 days over, the petitioner shall surrender back to jail.
