Heard learned advocate for the appellant.

The second appeal purportedly has been preferred against a decree of divorce, which was sought by the respondent-wife on the ground of cruelty.

Trial as well as appellate courts have found that there was sufficient indication available of cruelty having regard to unsubstantiated allegations hurled against the character of the respondent. That apart, the trial as well as the appellate courts have referred to that the appellant himself has sought dissolution of marriage.

In the circumstances, the second appeal does not appear to give rise to any question, which can be said to be substantial in nature. Second appeal and civil application as such, stand dismissed.
