The applicants submit that the only issue involved in these matters is whether the Labour Court could have concluded that the applicants/petitioners are not terminated since their 13 years of service as employees on regular work has been converted into contractual employees.

The learned AGP submits that as the civil applications are on khs/Oct. 2015/12655-d

board today, he would require some time for preparing in the event the petitions are to be decided finally.

In the light of the above, this civil applications are allowed. 4.

Writ Petition Nos.3093/2009, 3095/2009, 3094/2009, 3096/2009 and 2689/2009 are listed for final hearing on 23/10/2015 by consent of the parties.
