1) The application is filed for setting aside the order of dismissal made by this Court on 7-9-2015 as nobody was turning up to prosecute the matter. Both the sides are heard.

In view of the contentions made in the application and the submissions made this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. So, the application is allowed. Order of dismissal is set aside. The appeal is restored to its original number.
