Learned Counsel Mr. Ghanekar upon instructions, therefore seeks permission to withdraw the application with a liberty to renew the request after the receipt of CA report.

Permission to withdraw the application is granted. 4.

The application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the Applicant to apply afresh after receipt of CA report or after eight months.
