Mr. Vakil, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has deposited an of Rs.2,90,000/- (Two lakh ninety thousand) on 17th January, 2020. The account is no longer non performing assets. Within a week, the Bank would handover the possession of the secured assets to the petitioner. The petitioner shall cooperate with the respondents.

In view of the aforesaid statement, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.
