This Petition is filed with the following prayer :- "B.

The respondent authority may kindly be directed to consider and decide the pending proposal dated 30.03.2009 for allotment of Dr.

Babasaheb Ambedkar Vidarthy Vastigruha Khopoli, Tq. Khalapur, Dist.Raigad by transferring it to Mouje Hanegaon, Tq. Deglur, Dist.

Nanded as early as possible on its own merits within stipulated period."

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, though the proposal has been submitted way back in the year 2009, yet the authorities have not taken any decision on the said proposal.

There is no response from the Respondent authorities. In that view of the matter, we direct Respondent No.2 to take decision on the said proposal, if already not taken, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 13th April, 2018 and communicate the said decision to the petitioner.

Needless to observe that in case the Respondents wish to hear the petitioner, it will be open for Respondent Nos.2 to 4 to call the petitioner for hearing.

With the above observations and directions, the Petition stands disposed of.

The parties shall act upon authenticated copy of this order.
