Order :- 1.

The petitioners are praying for inclusion of names of petitioners No. 2 to 17 in the voters list prepared for the elections to the managing committee of Vividh Karyakari Seva Sahakari Society Ltd. Savargaon Thot, Ta. Ahmedpur, District Latur.

It is informed that as per the election programme, the date prescribed for publishing provisional voters' list was 12-08-2016 and final voters list was published on 22-08-2016. A request made belatedly, as such, is not liable to be considered in exercise of jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, and as such writ petition stands disposed of.

The petitioners are at liberty to avail of alternate remedy as may be permissible in law.
