The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is pending with Education Officer since year 2016. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 to 3.

In case, proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak (Exhibit-C, Page No.18) is pending with respondent no.3, then respondent no.3 shall decide the same in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
