Heard learned Counsel for respective parties. 2.

The learned Counsel appearing for respondent nos.4 to 6 has tendered, across Bar, copy of the letter dated 25-6-2015, written by the Head Master, Vishal Secondary School (J), [Taluka : Nilanga, District : Latur], addressed to the Block Education Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Nilanga, stating therein, that the decision is taken to close down the said school from the academic year 2015-16.

In that view of the matter, adjudication of the main prayer clause "B" in the petition would be exercise in futility. 4.
