Heard Mr Alok Sharma, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant.

Mr Sharma submitted that in the matter of very assessee, a communication is received in Income Tax Appeal No.88 of 2015 and this Court permitted to withdraw the said appeal. As such, he prays for withdrawal of present appeal.

In view of submission of Mr Sharma, the appeal is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as withdrawn.
