PER COURT:

1) Heard both sides. The petition is filed for giving directions to Respondent - Zilla Parishad to make the posting of the present petitioner at the convenient place claimed by her as per the couple convenience policy of the State. The submission made shows that the present petitioner was declared as surplus employee and as per the policy of the Government, the petitioner was given posting at Kitti Aadgaon, Kendra Sawargaon Tq. Majalgaon vide order dated 4.6.2016. However, the petitioner did not resume the place of posting.

WP 9734/2016 circumstance is sufficient to dismiss the present petition.

2) The petitioner ought to have joined at the place of posting. If the petitioner joins the place of posting then as per the sequence of priority given in the relevant Government Resolution, she can be considered. No relief can be granted to her. The petition stands dismissed.
