Petitioner takes exception to the order issued by respondents placing petitioner under suspension. Original application tendered by petitioner objecting the order has also been rejected. 2.

Petitioner contends that she is in receipt of the memorandum issued by the respondents, however, the statement of charges has not been supplied. Petitioner has tendered application making grievance in respect of failure of respondents to supply the correct copy of the charge sheet.

Learned AGP informs on instructions that the complete charge sheet together with the statement of charges would be supplied to the petitioner within one week from today.

On receipt of charges, the petitioner shall have liberty to tender her reply within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the charges.

Learned AGP states on instructions that the enquiry initiated against petitioner would be completed and final orders would be passed before 31st January, 2018. Statement made is accepted. 6.

In view of the statement made on behalf of respondents, writ petition stands disposed of. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate the Enquiry Officer in completing the inquiry before the stipulated date.
