The Petitioner is in employment since 22.09.2016. His claim of belonging to the "Mannervarlu Scheduled Tribe" category, is pending validation since 09.04.2018. He is under a threat of termination by the order dated 08.03.2022.

In view of the above, we direct Respondent No.2 to decide the claim of the Petitioner on it'

s own merits, within 150 days. Untill then, Respondent No.2 shall not dispense with the service of the Petitioner. An adverse order shall not be implemented for 15 days. khs/Sept.2023/11411

The Petitioner shall render wholehearted co-operation to the Committee and shall refrain from seeking any adjournment on any unreasonable or trivial ground, the least, the Committee would be justified in progressing with the next stage in the proceeding.
