ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The applicants being legal representatives of deceased Dnyanoba Maroti Darade who is respondent No.1 in the main appeal, are seeking permission to bring themselves on record by condoning the delay of 124 days. Dnyanoba has died on 20.04.2021 as per the death certifcate annexed. There is no strong objection from other side since the appeal fled by Acquiring Body is to be proceeded further. In view of the same, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C". The appellantAcquiring Body is directed to carry out the amendment forthwith.
