The petitioner seeks directions against the respondent No. 2 to give no objection to sell Plot No. 57 at Parbhani admeasuring 2000 square feet.

It is a commercial transaction between the petitioner and the respondent No. 1/bank. It appears that, the petitioner has given said property as security to the bank. The respondent bank is a Co-operative Bank. The District Deputy Registrar, Parbhani would be the supervisory head of the Co-operative Societies in the district. The petitioner can approach the said authority or even the banking ombudsman as is permissible in

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
