The Petitioners submits that the SDO, Patoda has addressed the Deputy Chief Engineer (Construction) Central Railway, Ahmednagar vide a communication dated 17.01.2023, to carry out a measurement in Survey No./ Gat No.176 and 147 at village Vetalwadi, Tal.Ashti, Dist.Beed with regard to the Parali-Beed-Ahmednagar railway land. 2.

Since the Petitioners desire that Respondent No.2 should initiate some steps in view of the communication or at least respond to the SDO, Patoda, we find that there is no reason to keep this Petition khs/Sept.2023/11396

- 2 - pending.

The same is, therefore, disposed off with the observation that Respondent No.2 is expected to proceed in the light of the communication by the SDO, Patoda dated 17.01.2023 or at least submit a response / reply to the said Authority, expeditiously.
