The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as a honorary secretary of Panlot Samiti. The petitioner and similarly situated secretaries are not paid their honorarium since the year 2017. The petitioner has also given representation to the District Agricultural Officer. No cognizance is taken. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents. 3.

In case, the petitioner and similarly situated persons are working, then certainly, they would be entitled to the honorarium as per the rules and policy.

As the petitioner contends that he has given representation to the District Agricultural Officer, the District Agricultural Officer shall consider the representation of the petitioner (page no. 41) and take decision upon it or may forward it to the authority competent to take decision. The decision shall be taken preferably within a period of six

(06) months from today.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
