The learned Magistrate allowed the application for interim maintenance on 21/03/2012 in Criminal Misc. Application No. 22/2012, which is filed u/s 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Thus, the husband is before this Court against the interim order in the present Writ Petition. 2.
I have gone through the order dated 21/03/2012. No illegality or irregularity is committed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dondaicha. Further, the Writ Petition is
