The Petitioner admits that while filling an application form seeking transfer on the basis of couple arrangement, a mistake occurred at the end of the Petitioner. Consequentially, the Petitioner has been transferred at the place which is beyond 60 Kms. from her husband, albeit, by her choice.

The learned Advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that the Petitioner's request emerging from the online form was considered. Now that she has filed a representation, if feasible, her khs/Sept.2023/11407
