By these two applications, the applicant / original respondent No.1 in Writ Petition prays for listing the Writ Petition for final hearing expeditiously.

Shri Shinde learned Advocate for the applicant vehemently submits that his services were terminated w.e.f. 16.6.1997 vindictively by the management after having worked from 1.9.1994. He had attained the deemed status of a permanent teacher on 1.9.1996. Presently, the applicant is suffering poverty and is not keeping good health. Taking into account these circumstances and the fact that the petition was admitted on 23.9.1999, the petition be taken up for final hearing. 3.

Shri Patil, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner institution does not object.
