We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocates for the petitioners in the first petition and the second petition and the learned Advocate on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4 in the first petition and on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in the second petition. khs/Oct.2022/1521

All the learned Advocates are united in submitting that the appeal filed against the suspension order dated 05.04.2022, which is pending before respondent No.2 at Nagpur, be decided within a time frame.

In view of the above, both these petitions are disposed off. The learned Advocate for respondent No.2 shall finally decide the pending appeal, in which the interim order dated 05.04.2022 has been passed, on it's own merits, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30.11.2022. Contentions of all the litigating parties are kept open to be considered by the Authorities.

Pending civil application does not survive, and stands disposed off.
