This is an filed by the applicants permitting them to bring legal representatives of Applicant No.2Shrirang Vithoba Galande on record. Death certificate is produced on record at Exh.R-1, from which it appears that Applicant No.2 was died on 09.04.2017.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay caused in filing of the application for bringing the legal heirs on record is condoned. The applicants are permitted to bring the legal heirs of applicant no.2 on record. Civil application disposed of. 4.
