The applicants are seeking withdrawal of the entire compensation amount. However, this court vide order dated 30/08/2022 in connected matters has permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 70% of the deposited amount. As such, the same order will follow.

The applicants herein are permitted to withdraw 70% of the deposited amount alongwith accrued interest thereon till date by furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this court.

The remaining amount be invested in FDR in any nationalized bank till fnal disposal of this appeal. Application is accordingly disposed of.
