The order of which contempt is claimed by the petitioner i.e. order passed in Writ Petition No. 1309 of 2016 dated 02.08.2016 was set aside by this Court in Writ Petition No. 10474 of 2016 on 04.04.2019. In this view of the matter, there is no merit in the contempt petition and same is therefore disposed of.
