This is an application filed by the Sansthan pursuant to the resolution no. 529/2 passed by the Ad-hoc committee under the Chairmanship of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar, in light of the order passed in this P.I.L. No. 98/2021, granting approval to disbursal of ex gratia amount, which practise is being followed since 1977. 3.

We have been pointed out the couple of orders passed on the previous dates, annexed to the application.

In view of above, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B', which reads as under:

"(B) The Applicant may please be permitted to implement the Circulatory Resolution dtd. 27.08.2024 r/w Resolution No. 529/2 dtd. 29.08.2024 for payment of Ex-Gratia amount to the 1/2

912 CA 10726 OF 2024.odt employees of Sansthan for which an estimated amount of Rs. 14,25,00,000/- is required to be spent."

The Civil Application is disposed of.
