The party in person is present in the court. It is brought to my notice that against the order dated 17.08.2021, at page 178 of the petition, revision petition is filed before the State page 202 of the petition, wherein the order dated 17.08.2021, passed by the Additional Commissioner, Nashik Division, Nashik is challenged. The said revision petition is pending before the authority.

The learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad submits that the matter can be disposed of with a direction to the concerned authority to dispose of the revision within a period of four

(04) weeks by the appropriate authority. The Zilla Parishad will suo moto appear before the authority, on 29.11.2023. The parties to appear before Respondent No.1 - The Chief Secretary / concerned authority, on 29.11.2023, so as to enable the authority to fix the date or in the event he does not have the jurisdiction to deal with it, he should then transmit the petition to the appropriate authority so as to enable the authority concerned to pass the appropriate order. 4.

The appropriate authority to make an endeavour to decide the petition as expeditiously as possible. In view of the fact that the petitioner is about to retire on 31.01.2024, the Zilla Parishad also to co-operate in rendering the decision in the matter on it's own merits.

With the above directions, the petition stands disposed of.
