The applicants are permitted to withdraw Rupees Ten Lakhs from the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed they will re-deposit the amount so withdrawn by them within four months of passing such order. Balance amount be invested in any nationalized bank in F.D.R. initially for a period of two years, if so required, for a further period till the disposal of the appeal. Civil application stands disposed of.

Learned counsel for the original claimant does not have any serious objection for condoning the delay even otherwise the delay has been sufficiently explained, the delay caused in filing the appeal is therefore condoned. Appeal be registered in accordance with law. Civil application stands disposed of.

From the pleadings of the parties, it appears that, the matter can be amicably settled either by way of mediation or before the Lok Adalat. It is informed that, Lok Adalat is scheduled on 13.11.2016, the present matter be referred to be kept before the Lok Adalat.
