The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he would make a request to the learned Family Court to permit the cross-examination of his father and he be permitted to operate the computer or the laptop, so that his father, who is paralyzed, can be positioned in front of the camera and can answer in cross-examination. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw this petition.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as
