PER COURT :- In this Petition, innocuous prayer is made, in as much as, the petitioner seeks directions to the respondents State Authorities to consider the period w.e.f. 01/09/2006 to 31/12/2007 as a duty period of the petitioner, for the purpose of getting entire service benefits as well as other consequential benefits.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that, the petitioner will file comprehensive representation to the Respondents, stating therein the grievance raised by him in this Petition within three weeks from today.

Without expressing any opinion on the entitlement of the petitioner for seeking such relief from the Respondents, we direct the Respondents to consider the prayer of the petitioner, in accordance with relevant policy/Rules and keeping in view the record maintained by the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably, within four months from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioner. 4.
The Petition is disposed of in above terms.
