Ankush 2 WP 12402.2018 states that, if the appeal is decided in his favour, certificate under section 38 E of the Act would lose its effect. In these circumstances, the relief can be obtained in the appeal. It is thus not necessary to entertain this writ petition. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. It is obvious that the petitioner has his remedies open, if the appeal is decided against the petitioner.
