The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal submitted by the Headmaster seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner as Senior Clerk is pending with Education Officer since the year 2013. The same is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2.

In case, proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner as Senior Clerk is filed with respondent no.2 and if the same is pending with respondent no.2 (page no.19), then the same shall be decided on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months.
