DATE : 27/09/2017 PER COURT :- The validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since 2013.

2] The respondent committee shall decide the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within eight months. The petitioner shall cooperate for expeditious disposal of the said proceeding. The result of the petitioner for the first year BDS examination shall not be withheld only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. After the result is declared, if the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then admission to the next year shall not be refused only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

3] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
