In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause A, which reads as under:-

Amendment be carried out within two weeks.

Additional affidavit in reply or composite affidavit in reply by the Respondents may be filed, on or before 30.09.2023.

List both the Writ Petitions on 05.10.2023.

Needless to state, the earlier order passed on 19.06.2023 would continue to apply to the auction that is proposed to be conducted.
