The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the appeals filed by the petitioners against the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer rejecting the applications for issuance of caste certificates are pending with respondent No. 2 since July 2021. The same are not decided.

In case, the appeals filed by the petitioners against the order of Sub Divisional Officer rejecting their applications for issuance of caste certificates are pending with respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2
