Respondent No. 5, Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishd, Jalgaon has passed an order on 4th March, 2024, deciding the proposal of the Petitioner.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that wrong proposal was forwarded by the Management and the Education

{2} cp633-19.doc Officer has erred in passing the order, rejecting the proposal of the Petitioner. He, therefore, contends that the order is not complied with.

We do not agree with the said submission. We cannot entertain the challenge to the order passed by the Education Officer, in Contempt jurisdiction.

In view of compliance of the order, the Contempt Petition is disposed of, with liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Education Officer and also the proposal forwarded by the Management, on merits.
