It is not in dispute that, the representation filed by the petitioners on 3rd October, 2015 is pending with Respondent No.2. The learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.2, on instructions, makes a statement that, the representation of the petitioners will be decided in the light of the relevant Government Resolutions, as expeditiously as possible, however, in any case within 10 weeks from today.
