This petition can be disposed by directing the respondent No.1 Committee to take decision on the tribe validation proposal in respect of the petitioner, tendered to the Committee, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from today, if the same has not yet been decided and it is accordingly directed.

The petitioner, by this time, in all probabilities, must have completed the Four Years Engineering Degree course and as such, no separate orders need be issued to the College. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
