Heard learned Advocateas for the parties. Learned Advocate for respondent No.2 raises preliminary objection about maintainability of the petition. He submits that the order is passed in an arbitration proceeding. The remedy, therefore, lies under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
