Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 13/01/2017, civil application No.102/2017, which mentions the compromise terms, was disposed of by permitting the parties to have the compromise terms verified before the District Court at Udgir.

The report of the learned District Judge-1, Udgir dated 01/02/2017 is placed before me indicating that applicant Nos. 1 to 6 and respondent Nos. 1 to 3, 5, 7 and 8 have verified the compromise. I.D. proofs of the applicants and the respondents were taken as identification. I find that the learned Advocates representing the respective parties have also signed the compromise terms. 3.

Learned Advocate for the appellants submits that Jugalabai khs/SEPT. 2017/482-d

w/o Baburao and Prayagbai w/o Prabhu have passed away during the pendency of the first appeal filed by them. Their LR's were not brought on record. Hence the appellants have also not brought their LR's on record.

Considering the above, the second appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise placed on record alongwith the report of the learned District Judge, marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification. Decree be drawn in terms of the compromise.
