Considering urgency of the matter, this petition needs to be disposed of with a direction to Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Nasik Division, Nasik, to decide Revision Application No.20 of 2016 presented by petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, preferably by 4th October, 2016; and it is accordingly directed. It would be open for petitioners to avail of the remedies available in law including to approach this Court in the event of accrual of fresh cause of action.
