Heard the learned counsel for petitioner. Seen the record. Notice on which he is relying was issued on 4.8.2011 and there is no recent record. In view of this circumstance the learned counsel is expected to show the record to make out the case that respondents are Directors.

The learned counsel for petitioner on instruction submits that he would like to withdraw the proceeding with liberty to file election petition. With that liberty, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn. Disposed of as withdrawn. All points are kept open.
