Perused the application. Notice of respondent Nos. 1, 5 and 7 could not be served for want of their whereabouts.

Issue notice to respondent Nos. 1, 5 and 7 by paper publication in the 'Daily Lokmat', having wide circulation in Pune, Jalgaon, Ahmednagar and Aurangabad districts. The notice shall be published in the 'Daily Lokmat' newspaper within a period of three weeks from the date of this order. The notice shall inform the concerned respondents to appear in the matter on or before 7th November, 2019.
