Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Roster is now submitted to the Education officer(Primary). The Roster is approved by the B.C. Cell. The same is submitted on 09.09.2019.

In light of that the respondent Education Officer primary shall verify the roster and staffing pattern within two months and if the Education Officer finds the same to be in order, then may not withhold salary of the legitimate employee.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

4.

In view of disposal of writ petitions civil applications stand disposed of. No costs.
