The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been issued with the Fitness Certificiate upto the year 2017. Subsequent application is made for fitness certificate, the same is not decided as yet.

If the application of the petitioner for issuance of Fitness Certificate (Pg. 29) is pending with the respondent/authority, then respondent No. 2 shall take decision upon it on its own merits and in accordance with law, preferably within two months.
