Heard rival submissions. The applicants, who are the legal representatives of deceased Madhav Govind Survase i.e. the sole appellant are seeking permission to bring themselves on record. Madhav Govind Survase has died on 01.08.2016 and therefore, there is also a prayer for condonation of delay by the applicants. 2.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'
