The appeals are filed by claimants for enhancement of the amount of compensation awarded to them by the

(2) 7ca16363.15 acquiring body. The applicants had filed reference which were referred to the court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Omerga. The learned judge though has enhanced the amount of compensation, the applicants have approached this court to the extent that the amount is not enhanced as per their prayers. While approaching this court delay is caused. 2.
